Stephen Stuart, 26, was observed oblivious with a shot injury to his midriff at 3559 Holland Avenue soon after 1:30 p.m., police said. He was articulated dead at Jacobi Hospital.

Sources say that the person in question and a lady had gotten into a contention at a Dunkin’ a couple of squares away after she blamed him for standing excessively near her.
The lady left and brought her sweetheart – who supposedly shot the casualty after a contention, the sources affirmed.
No captures had been reported by Friday night. Stuart, who lived with family in The Bronx, had no lawbreaker record, sources said.
